I have insurance and my copay is $30.  I have gone to Dr. Ramamurthy many times.  I now have the flu but only $15 in the bank.  I called and asked if I could pay with a postdated check until my payday in a week.  They refused to see me, wanting the money up front.  What has happened to these clinics where money is more important than a sick patient?  They should be ashamed of themselves!  They lost a patient!

Clinic is very clean. I as,a patient appreciate this. Medical staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My concerns are always heard and looked into. Referrals unfortunately take a while to be made. 

Dentist (although very busy) could take the time to listen more intently to patient concerns after procedure us performed and not write these concerns off as the patient possibly not following after procedure instructions or over reaction.  Generally a person tends to know their body and when something is not right in the healing process.

Just switched to HCCH from Family Medical Center... A complete world of difference. Was treated with dignity and the staff is sharp. I'll take this over FMC any day!

I've been a nurse for over 20+ years and I know how to critique medical/doctors offices. I look for professionalism, courtesy, and kindness and this office has all those qualities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My entire family utilizes this clinic and we feel comfortable going here. Our ages range from 9-45, children and adults are treated with respect.

I'm still sick all the doctor did was provided cough syurp. I had/have multiple infections.
