Have used this place for over a year. Had some ok visits but had some awful visits. Only reason we returned was because it was convenient to get the kids appointments in the evening. One visit they left one of the kids sitting in the waiting room for over a hour then played dumb that they forgot about him! We kept asking them when he would be brought back. They finally get him back and the dentist was so rude! She was like why is he even here? Um for a 6 month cleaning! Then the same dentist told my other child he was a drama queen. Why? Because he asked if the procedure would kill him. She had no patience what so ever and he didn’t even give her any trouble. It was a joke because that’s his personality. Guess he offended her ability to do the work! Then to top it off I had to reschedule an appointment (1 week early) and they send me a crappy text message saying that if we cancel 3 times then they will no longer see us? Well that’s the appointment they gave us and told us if it doesn’t work for us to call and reschedule. Well life happens and I gave y’all more than enough time to fill the time that was set aside! Never again will I go to a crummy chain like this.

My wife went to an appointment for my kids today 4/7/18 and the woman at the front desk was very rude and argumentative. Plus she had her daughter at her place of employment and pretty sure she was agitated to begin with. To top it all off another customer walked in who really didn't know English and she denied her visit in a rude and disrespectful manner. She could have asked my wife if she spoke Spanish but she just plain out denied her even though she had an appointment. NEVER will I send my wife and kids to a unprofessional and disrespectful place like this.

This place was great for me. The girls from the front office to both the dental techs were kind to my needs and so friendly. I had a female dentist that explained everything to me as I was having teeth pull which I needed she was awesome always asking if I was alright, I will always request her. Two days now I had a number of teeth pulled and feeling good with no problems at all!!! Also I called to make a appointment and was seen within two hours and once I got there felled out all my paperwork and the wait time wasn't bad at all. I know I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you so much. Katherine Perez

Never been there before. It was late in the day but I was able to walk-in, fill out paperwork (although had to wait to receive it), get an x-ray, pay, then have a tooth extracted. Dr. Lee was courteous, professional, understood my issues with dental procedures, and was able to extract my tooth pain free. With me I call that a well done job!
