Was referred by uhc through medicare advantage. I am on alot of medications and on ssdi for this. I already had a pain management doctor who is wonderful i Lubbock. I had moved from az to here and had a hard time in Big Spring finding a regular doctor. So i saw RYAN WILLIAMS. He reduced allllll of my medications some of them less 90 a month. I have been on most meds for over 18 years. He tells me he is gonna handle sending me to Dr. In San angelo who can help me better. No calls no referrals. I call no call backs then get a letter saying he will only be my doctor for 30 more days. Hes only a physicians asst. So i understood.. but before I left the first time he said if there was a wait to get in to his other people he would prescribe my medications. So i get this certified letter go down there.. hes sitting at front desk with nurse and receptionist as soon as i say i need my prescriptions refilled the nurse says shes gonna have to contact him via email. Im like he was just sitting here and thete are no customers so I say o.k. not 10 minutes later she calls and says hes not gonna prescibe anything. I said he lied to me she made excuses for him and I told her i can have a heart attack or stroke. This man took an oath to do no harm. I will make every complaint all day long to everyone i can about this clinic and this doctor. Lawyers love these cases. I did nothing wrong my heart is crushed and this was totally inappropriate. Oh and by the way his little crack when i was leaving was about going to san angelo shannon clinic doctors. His exact words were its 88 miles so if you go 88 miles an hour you will be there in an hour. His staff laughed and said stop teasing. He then repeated it and said how do you think I get there so fast. Hes a comedian when he should be a doctor. Please think twice b4 going to Ryan Williams hes a p.a. not a doctor and made unethical choices with my life.
