Neggative failure!!! I went to the dr on Thursday sick as a dog. Got a shot and meds called in. Tried to pick yp my prescription on Friday. My pharnacy of choice was closed for good Friday. I called the office at affordacare, the laddy I spoke with was helpful and said she would call the prescription in at HEB.  I drove to HEB and was told they could not fill my prescription because of a problem with affordacare. So I ended up having to leave town with NO Medicine!! I called first thing Saturday Morning and talked to two women who completely refused to help do anything whatsoever!!! They would not even listen to a word I was saying. They were verry rude and just didnt seam to care and were completely uninterested in helping WHATSOEVER!!! It seamed as though they got alot of joy from being uncooperative and having the ability to just say no to me.

Took my son on Tuesday morning paid $125 for the visit, PA was in the room for about 2 minutes and says it’s flu without swabbing. I requested a swab be done and the nurse got mad about it stated they only had 3 swabs left. She came back in to swab my son and was excessively rough, he’s had flu swabs before and has never cried nor had his nose bled from it. I’m a nurse so yes I know how a swab should be done. She has no compassion and is very rude. Save your money and go elsewhere. And yes I did call the main office to report her

Quick and easy place to get seen fast. The staff here are great people willing to listen and give you a shot in the butt to feel better.

If I could, I would give this place one star.  This review is specifically for the staff that monitors who comes in the door, not the quality of medical care.  I arrived at 6:29 on a Saturday evening (they close at 7pm and, since I had to drive 30 miles to arrive there, I called to verify this information prior to driving there - they do not answer the phone and their message when you call states that they close at 7pm on Saturdays).  When I arrived, the door was locked and the lights were off.  There were approximately 4 probable staff members sitting behind the desk talking.  I motioned for one of them, seeing as how the door sign said that they were open until 7pm.  A man arrived (he did not have a name tag, but appeared to be wearing scrubs).  I asked if they were open and he said, "no we took our last patient at 6:30."  It was 6:29pm.  I then asked him, "is there anywhere else open in town that I could take my almost 2-year old daughter to (as I had driven 30 miles to arrive to this place)?"  He somewhat sarcastically said, "I guess the ER...it sure is gonna be a long wait.  There's the ER in Stanton...it's probably a quicker wait time."   There was no one sitting in the waiting area and several of the staff appeared to be behind the counter.

I found this place, and its doctor, helpful and quality in delivering care. And, I can see the issue with arriving at the last minute and them not wanting to stay minutes at 7pm, as the unfriendly person operating the front desk just portrays that vibe. But the doctor and assistants were very professional.
