This establishment has risen there prices over the last couple years by so much, but have done ZERO maintenance on the facility. You are required to pay extra for their insurance. I can't wait til my stuff is out of this place.

The manager of the facility was as helpful and polite as i could have hoped for. He took me around to the unit i was interested in and showed a total understanding of how to fit my boat and trailer into the unit. i could not have asked for anything more than the service i received at Huber Heights Self Storage. i will recommend this facility to anyone who asks me about where i store my boat. Definitely the best place for self storage

Always a clean facility and manager was very polite,upbeat,and helpful. I'd recommend this location; especially in  the Huber Heights area.

Marv E. -  I've had two [10 X 20] storage units for several years, and added another [10 X 20] in Dec 2015. Three advantages of Huber Heights Self Storage:  
+ Office Hours of Operation are consistent. 
+ They are Very Convenient to Huber Heights and surrounding communities.
   Located nearby I-70 for customers that require convenient freeway access.
++ Their prices are very reasonable. 
   Two [10 X 10] units at U-Haul would cost you more than $60 compared
