Went in looking for a formal dress for my daughter and myself. First sales associate directed me to the 'old' ladies section and told my daughter to check in another area which would have dresses more for her age!! We both ended up buying dresses, both from the more stylish, younger department. I'm surprised they didn't give me a seniors discount !!

My husband was in a change room, for nearly 10 minutes in his sock feet trying on a suit. He asked me to join him to assist with his tie. All the while there was a DIRTY NEEDLE, belonging to some Oshawa junkie on the floor. After explaining to the sketchiest of employees, what happened he said "Again?!"

Pretentious staff which I have witnessed belittle people based strictly off appearance. One particular sales associate paid minimal attention to customers asking for help who seemed to not be as well off.. She degraded them and was belligerent overall with no customer service skills. Would not go back.

snooty staff were hard to find and utterly useless, unfriendly, abrupt and short with no apparent desire to provide any customer service whatsoever. the managersnake followed me and my young child around to watch us try to find our way around yet refused to actually offer any customer service. managers and staff were too busy making sure we didn't break their store to actually do their jobs. I parent my kid, you serve your customers. snooty and pompous and unpleasant were the representitives of a store that has lost touch with the heritage of a Canadian brand. there is more to this great country than Cold. shivers in August and icy glares. lost touch. lost more than just my business from here on out without any doubt. made in China. go to Walmart where there is better customer service, better prices, better selection, and sans the snoot.

The Hudson Bay is not disabled friendly! The escalators does not allow customers with spinal damage to go from the top floor to the lower floor. The Hudson Bay has no elevator available to these disabled individuals. The disabled to make it from one floor to another at The Hudson Bay has to travel far into the mall and take the mall elevator up and down! I a fourth stage spinal cancer patient was refused service at The Hudson Bay from,"Heather," one of their poorly trained cashiers! Heather refused me service and served others before me! When I objected my physical appearance was made fun of and I was laughed at and mocked! I spoke to the department manager, the store manager and one other manager and they were unable to give me an explanation as to why I was refused service from their cashier! I felt all of these people are insensitive to the disabled and do not give a care! I feel The Hudson Bay will soon go bankrupt just like Sears! Sears also had very poorly trained staff. I thought in Ontario all places had to be disabled friendly by 2017! My physical disability is very difficult and a struggle but inconsiderate people and poorly accommodating places are a lot worst to the disabled!
