My experience was not pleasant. The store made a price mistake and did no honour their fault because 'it was a multi item they don't have to provide a credit'. The challenge was the arrogance of the customer service person. What customer service? The should remove the sign! Don't hire young individuals that obviously do not like to be there. If he had replied with proper customer service... For example Sorry for the confusion and your time.... No instead he has a monotone tone of a typical teenager, indirectly insulting... I ask for his name! Guess what his name tag was blank! Walmart I would advise you to train your employees including managers to be more customer service, pretend to listen to the consumer even if you do not agree, show that you care. And furthermore you have more competition in Bradford!

Absolutely great experience, recently used the new Walmart online delivery thing and it worked like a gem got my order no issues and best yet I could sit in my car as it’s a blizzard outside. Felt bad for the employees but they’re troopers and I appreciate this Walmart a whole lot more!

I took my wife's van to Walmart to repair a tire. When they took the spare tire off they put it inside the trunk instead of fastening it under the van, where it is normally located. When I asked the service advisor if they could mount it properly he said he did me a favour and "don't ask". I am definitely not letting them touch my car next time.

Always find parking close to the front. They are always clearing the carts from the parking lot, it’s clean and they have never given me any issues with anything I had to return. Overall this is one of the better Walmart’s I have been to. Once there was something expired and the customer service rep went through the rest of the same product to make sure there was nothing else expired after I told her

Interesting shopping. Sign said 40% off last ticket price. The last ticket price was crossed out. I told them it was false advertising and they did make it right for us and also said they were supposed to can be the tags . How many people have they ripped off. Sham on you Wal-Mart!
