Hue Ky Mi Gia Chinese Noodle

No place is as good as this. Noodles are always on point and I crave it everyday! Great family business with quality that gets better and better with every store they open. Huge fan! My fave and comfort bowl is the egg noodles with BBQ pork and wonton, second fave is the egg noodles with roasted chicken-heart the crispy skin and delicious broth that the chicken soaks in, ahhhhh! ♥️ My new addiction is the mi gao with chicken breast. It's a new introduction to an old time favorite. It's rice noodles similiar to vermicelli but has a slight chewy, fresh texture. I could write so much more but it will take days. This is the spot for quality, authentic chinese-vietnamese noodles. 🍜

I've been going to this restaurant for years and never had a problem until last night. I should have taken a picture of the meal to have proof of this, but when I ordered Fried Rice last night, I found a small cockroach in it and showed them. They replaced it "very quick" without the Manager even attempting to come over and apologize for the incident. Who knows if they just removed it and fried it again. I asked if I still had to pay for that, because it was disgusting and all I was told was "nice try" never going to eat there again after all the years I have been going there with my family. Disgusting

The people are sort of condescending and rude. They gave out other peoples food before us even though we had very similar plates. What I mean is that our food we ordered should have taken 3 minutes to make. It is just noodle with lettuce and shrimp. The people who came after us ordered something similar but harder to make and it came out way before us. We also asked for soy sauce and they huffed and puffed about bringing it to us. also the foos literally took forever... Maybe only for us since everyone else seemed to have food... And I'm not being dramatic. Hope this helps anyone. Food takes forever. As if they have only 1 stove.

Their garlic chicken wings are amazing! Served fresh and hot with flavor. Also their egg noodles soup is really delicious, I had fish balls, crab and BBQ pork in it and it was amazing. A bit pricey but definitely worth it.
