KFC

One of the most disheartening fast food experiences I've had in years. We ordered $30 worth of chicken meals, I think it was 5 meals total. There were 3 other parties who ordered around us; one was before us which was a family of 4 who was waiting for food when we walked in. There were also two individuals who ordered after us. That just gives you an idea of the work load. There was one woman who was at the register taking orders, one heavy set guy in back, and one tall skinny guy in the kitchen area. There was a very loud car bumping music in the parking lot so loud you could hear the bass in the dining area. I thought to myself, "It's not their fault or responsibility to police rude patrons..." Well the family who was waiting for food finally got their meals, and we should be the next up. The larger guy disappears, maybe he went on break or something. The woman up front is running around flying and taking care of the orders, and the drive thru. Well one of my daughters turns to me and says, "Why is that guy eating back there?" And to my surprise the skinny dude is eating a chicken leg in the back kitchen. I said "Well maybe he's on lunch." Nope, he's putting fries down while eating with his bare hands, and is now putting on a jacket. He goes outside and hangs out with his friends in the parking lot with the loud car. In the meantime there's zero people in the kitchen, and no food for the woman to serve up for us. We wait patiently, he comes back in from hanging out, that took less than 5 minutes. Maybe that was a ten minute break, but I didn't see him wash his hands after going outside. I took a breath and we finally got our food, I insisted on no complaints to my wife and kids. Ugh, so unprofessional. I can't say I miss going to KFC. The experience is always so unsatisfactory. I wish their food didn't taste so good, we'll be back when we've forgotten about this experience... Pathetic KFC addiction.

If only I could give I'm this place 0. In no way do the employees at this KFC deserves 15 an hour. You assemble chicken into a box...how do you take 15 mins to make 5 mini sandwiches...not to mention the manager watching the new guy crack under pressure while I'm waiting for my order. Keep in mind the sandwiches were half made and just sitting in the counter. Half way through his SECOND ATTEMPT in finishing my order the manager watching calls over the radio for him to go away from my order for a THIRD TIME to wipe do something at the soda machine. Lack of leadership....stay at KFC you're not productive enough guy..

The service was not good and the bathroom was horrible. I could not believe how unclean it was. Major health code violation!

The service at this particular KFC was slow. I waited approx. 15 mins for a simple $5 chicken meal. Three customers that came in after me were served before me. When I asked the employee why that was, he blamed it on another employee for not getting my meal straight away, per their policy. I was given an extra piece of chicken to make up for this. While that's great, I only stop at fast food when I am in a rush. 15 mins is too long for food that is already cooked.

Took a box of 6 pieces original chicken home. The thighs weren't cooked. I felt sick and took it back. The cashier tried to fix this by giving me some more uncooked chicken. I was like "are you kidding me? I want to throw up after eating your raw chicken. Now you want me to eat more? I want my money back". He said no because I ready ate some of it. Then he dicided to give me the money and closed the windows on me without saying anything. Pathetic and disgusting customer service!
