The Spot Sports Bar & Grill

The Spot Tavern is a classic older Sports Bar. It's a great place to watch sports with the multiple screens around the bar and seating area. The food is good too. I've had appetizers, lunch, and breakfast here. Good classic American food, nothing fancy, but good. This service is always really good here too. The Waitresses are really nice and friendly and the service is usually pretty quick. Unless there is a big game going on, it's never super crowded so you can usually always find a seat.

I would choose zero stars if I could. My brother was busy taking care of business on his phone so I ordered for him. Some exact meal I was getting, biscuits and gravy. Waitress took my order and then went to him, I replied to her that he's eating the same meal I am so she wrote it down and as she was about to walk away he looked up to give her a smile and thank you when she snarled, "At least you could get your head out of your phone for a couple seconds to order." My brother was so infuriated at her comment that he canceled his order. Directly after taking our order she walked to another table and argued with another customer about what football game was on one of the Tv's. One of the orders at our table came as the rest of us were getting up to leave. We had the waitress put it in a to go box because they weren't able to eat with the rest of us. Pancakes were cold, would have tested great of they were warmed up had good potential but the cold fluffy disks of disappointment did nothing to help the grim outlook of my initial expectations of glowing reviews I've seen on here. Apparently we got the worst server on her bad day.

Amazing service, great food with a lot of options, and nice billiard tables. It’s one of the two bars in Renton that I enjoy going to. They also have a beer garden that is private and half covered.

Always a great atmosphere. We moved farther away but will still make the drive for Hawks games. Food is consistently good too!

Great food, lots of parking, helpful attentive staff. I DID have a problem though because they serve beer they wouldn't let me take my soft drink with me. I'm a rideshare driver and I need to take my drink with me. They could have filled a cup with my beverage but they flat out said no, sorry.
