Weak flavor. The breading on the deli fries is gross. Fries were soggy. Thats not "spicy ketchup", its cocktail sauce. Sandwich flavor did not jive well with all the ingredients. $40 for 2 people to eat sandwiches and fries and have almost a full sandwich get thrown away. Only redeeming quality was the bread was pretty good. But, this is a sandwich shop. Not a bakery. No thank you.
It took a long time to get our food and they didn't really seem that busy. But the food itself was great. And the staff VERY friendly and professional. Over all it was a good experience and would definately go again.Food: 4/5

This is my favorite place to get a sandwich. The owners are really wonderful people who've hired a great team of people to make delicious sandwiches. The regular sandwiches are great quality, but I love their combo sandwiches, lots of them I would have never thought to put together.Food: 5/5
Super bland food. Got the signature sandwhich and it was super bland. Fries were shoggy inside and tough on the outside. I got the Potato Bacon soup and im pretty sure it had 0 salt added. Was really looking forward to a good quality lunch. Staff is nice and its a nice clean place. Just need to add some Flavor!!!
Food is consistently really good and the service is wonderful. 3 young guys were working this weekday afternoon and were very friendly and welcoming.
Awesome sandwiches, fries are somehow even awesome-r. You really gotta have the fries.
Hugo’s makes great sandwiches with friendly service. It’s a good place for fast casual food. We are always pleased with the great taste and quality of the food. That keeps us coming back. They even have their own swag if you’re into that. Nice job.
Great sandwiches. I got the Italian though afterwards my coworkers told me I missed out on their fries. So, make sure you get some fries because they are apparently the best thing ever. Quick service, soft bread and great staff.
The subs tasted really good. They're smaller than I'm used to, but I was satisfied. I didn't get the fries, and now I might have to go back and try them. They have several bread options, and they all sounded good. You can make a meal of it with some sides.
