Johnathan was the Sandwich Artist today. The Mexicali he prepared was great, but the best part of the visit was the humor and fun he provided. Great time, entertainment and good food all at a place you would not expect it. Jonathan, thanks much for the work and the fun. I will be back.
The subs are big with tonz of flavor. I missed the place though cuz of tge line. But i would go back again. Hopefully next tome with a smaller line..Food: 4/5
Ordered on the subway app.. proceeded to linder/Eagle island location to pick up. Employee was extremely rude and told me they did not have my order. I asked to have it remade and was told they were too busy. 4 people in line I showed him the order confirmation and he continued to be rude and told me to go to a different location. After I left I got a notification that my order was ready and I could pick it up
Food was good but even though there were 2 employees in the store the other employee was in the back and there was a long line. Not a single table was clean and the prices for a sandwich were way too expensive. My husband, daughter and I came in for dinner & we’re shocked by the rudeness of the gal who made our sandwiches. Curt response when we asked about available breads she literally just pointed to the sign and it continued all the way down the line to checkout. Produce was wilted so much so that I opted not to add it to my sandwich. She made us feel like we were stupid to ask a question and that she was annoyed with us being there. We’ve been to Subways all over the country but will absolutely NOT be back to this location due to the rude employee experience.
This subway always does a great job. Friendly people quick service. They sometimes have tech problems and they cant accept cards. Seems to happen often.

Website said they open at 8:30. I arrived at 9:20. Clerk said they were not opening until 10. Would be nice if they updated their website. So I waited until 10. Ive been standing outside their door for 24 minutes now. It’s 10:24. She sees me but still hasn’t opened. If I didn’t have specific requests from my grandkids, I would never visit here again. This is not how to run a business!
Went online to setup order since Subway was offering an online footlong BOGO 50% off deal. Submitted order and the site said order would be ready by 5:40 p.m. I check my order status just before entering restaurant at 538 p.m. only to find out my order was canceled. According to the employee, the order was canceled because their new store hours close at 6 p.m. I'm very confused how an order that was supposed to be completed 20 minutes before closing time needed to be canceled.
Don’t usually leave reviews but after multiple visits, with similar bad experiences, it’s necessary. Taste and quality are solid. Here’s my issue: I always get double meat. Every time the amount of meat is less and less. I’ve been ordering the same sandwich for 20+ years steak and cheese. Subway, if you’re listening...just charge more if it’s more expensive for you. Don’t keep cutting the amount.
