Order from here often and staff is always awesome, pizza is made well and delivered promptly. 

Staff has had wonderful attitude on a few short notice, large orders, as well.

The food is great and the people that work there are all great too! Yes everyone has their moments where they are busy, stressed, overwhelmed, etc. But I've never had a super negative customer service experience with this location. 

I recently went in with a special request for my mother's birthday and they were all eager to help, make the pizza as I envisioned it, and even show interest in the request and the story behind it. 

I work in customer service myself and the best thing you can do is to try and take interest in your customer and build a relationship with them. Customers don't want to be treated like just another pizza order and I certainly didn't feel that way today.

Ordered pizza online at 6:39PM.  It is now 8:19, still no food has been delivered.  Called about 30 minutes ago, said it would be 10-15 minutes at that time.  Ridiculous.  Pizza arrived as I was typing at 8:22. Way over done, smashed box.  So disappointed after spending all day at Busch Gardens, kids were starving.. never again from this place!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, CURSES AT CUSTOMERS AND COLLUDES WITH THIEVES!

I'm currently waiting for a police officer to show up at my house because this Hungry Howies didn't follow their own ID policy and didn't listen to me at all. The driver was clearly high or something, drove right past my house and called me saying he couldn't find it - I told him I'm sending someone out to flag him down and I'll be out right behind them to get the pizza. His response was apparently to give my pizza without checking ID in any way (even though everything clearly states that they will check ID) to some random kid on the street who lied and told him he was my nephew!

When I called the store to complain, the manager literally repeatedly cursed at me over and over and told me I was running a scam! I told him I was calling the cops and sending them over to talk to him and he just continued to curse at me. My mom also called them and was cursed at some more!
