Great product. Been eating it in other states since I was a kid. Very nostalgic. Also. Great customer service. I am on crutches, and they were nice enough to bring the pizza out to my car, which is very much appreciated. I will be back.
Ordered from Hungry Howie’s for the first time tonight. Pizza and wings were hot, fresh and delicious! My salad was fresh and crisp. At time of ordering, delivery was quoted 90 minutes but we received our order in under an hour which was fantastic because I was feeding my 10 year old and his 3 hungry friends! I didn’t receive the howie bread in my order but it was a free promotion so I am not worried about it. Overall, I would definitely order from here again! No complaints!
Its been a mixed experience. This was our 5th order from this hungry howies location, and each time has gotten progressively worse. Tonight was the final straw. We received a raw pizza that we had to cut ourselves... and when we called in, the shift lead Kam offered no reasonable solution. We will not be back.
Love this pizza but this is the second time in the past few weeks I have ordered and was told it would be 20 minutes until the pizza was ready. This was at 8:30pm on a Tues. I get to the store and was then told to wait another 15 minutes. This pizza is great but this will be it for me.Service: 2/5
Ordered delivery. Quoted 40 mins. Called the store after 50 minutes. They didn't even have someone to deliver. No call or nothing, but rest assured, my pizza was made and getting cold while waiting for a drive who "should be here soon". This is what we get for wanting to try a new place. Won't make this mistake again.
I ordered a pizza yesterday from this store because I do deliveries so it is to eat while I work and because of the storm knocking out the power where I live . Well yesterday I called and order my pizza like always and I get it when I head towards home or my next delivery. I showed up and asked for my order they said they were out of the stuffed crust dough but yet never decided to call and see if that was ok or not. I ordered a large stuffed crust and boneless wings I never received either.
Spent 20 minutes ordering to find out their system was down in another country. They have a 3rd party taking orders and then forwarded my call to the actual restaurant,to find out I couldn't place a order. This place used to be good.Food: 1/5
Asked for butter and sesame seeds on crust. Did not get better. Ordered a salad and got two dressings but one of them was open and had been for some time because there was dried dressing all over the corner where it was opened. Super disappointed. Got there 15 minutes before order was supposed to be done but it was already done and seemed like it had been there for a minute so it was cold by the time we got home with it.
Good pizza and jalapeño bread highly recommend if you like cheesey bread with a bit of kick hot when picked up and freshFood: 5/5
Everytimr I come to Ohio I always have Hungary Howies pizza! I got a small, personal pizza that tasted great! Will come again!
