The food is good, but papa johns has just gotten so cheap. They've increased their prices while cutting costs by giving you less food. Completely ridiculous. This isn't the fault of the store or the employees there. I know it's what corporate has told them to do. This was their 'papa bowl'. One thin layer of pizza toppings in a bowl.
Terrible customer service. Handled money payment and then proceeded to make a pizza without washing their hands or putting on gloves. When I confronted the staff member, her response was " your are right ". This was only the beginning. When I got home, I realized that they had gotten my order wrong. When I called and talked to the manager and complained, she disrespected me and told me that I would have to come back to the store together another pizza even though they have a delivery service. I explained that I am a disabled veteran and that I was unable to come back to their store. She stated that she would deliver it. I waited for almost two hours and no pizza .when I called back a new manager on duty stated that the previous manager had canceled the order. This infuriated me because I had paid cash for for a pizza I didn't receive Stay away this papa John, they have more unsatisfactory reviews than compliments
Alright Papa Johns. We've ordered your papabowl on 3 separate occasions and each time they are delicious! It's eating a pizza without the crust. Not sure about the gluten free aspect but nobody has had an issue yet. Tonight we ordered the ck alfredo, it was creamy, buttery, and delicious! A bit overpriced but ya gotta make a comeback somehow....
Terrible customer service. Pizza was oily. Bad experience overall. Girl was tossing dough in lobby. She stopped when she seen me looking at her through my car window. Unacceptable. Happy Saturday night.
Disrespected my husband a war hero disabled veteran the store manager and associate for on truthful they have no communication the manage of food was unhealthy they were touching the food without washing their hand while they were managing money on sanitizing they gave the wrong order and when we called to tell them or it was wrong they promised they were going to give it correct order and delivered to us an hour and a half later they said they couldn't the manager got nasty and a hour later she didn't reply or call back I called again the other manager assistant manager she said they voided transaction did not reply and said that she didn't care full corporate or talk to the owner that he would be there at 10:00 in the morning untrustworthy corporate never again should anybody by here any type of food associated and managers need better training better communication and have fair to trust for anybody to keep working here in the store should be shut down completely and the department of health should be investigating this store from the store managers to all the assistant manager need better people skills because everything that's going on in the world with the pandemic and people not having a job they need to hire better associates and better management that want to work again the department of health need to shut down this store
Ordered some wings using their app. First off, app was very easy to use. $6 for 6 wings, about the going rate for this type of fare. Second, the wings were made very quickly and were ready to go ahead of schedule. The staff was friendly when I showed up to pick up my food. They have good Covid precautionary measures implemented to protect all parties. Chicken wings were delicious. Plenty of parking to boot. Will definitely consider next time I need more wings.
It isn't worth eating out anymore especially pizza when you're buying a medium 14" pizza and it cost you $21 Because they have to add a delivery fee and this fee and that fee and then you have to tip the driver separately because they don't share any money with the driver It's not worth eating out anymore people especially pizza
I really wanted to like this location. I tried this location prior to tonight and I was happy . But I also only ordered cheese sticks before from here . Whoever made my pizza doesn’t properly know what it takes to make one . It had NO cheese and barely toppings & the pizza was drowned with sauce . Its just pizza but when your paying for something it needs to be done correctly the first time . Papa Johns should invest in Robot Technology and eliminate human error.
I waited for one hour and a half to end up eating an overcooked and cold pizza that was supposed to have pepperoni as the ad showed for the New York Pizzas style and it was given to me with only cheese on it. Plus it was ordered online to be deliver to me and I ended up picking up the order. And the employee just discounted $3.00 He should have given it to me for free. Guess how satisfied I was....
I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Hunter and the team at this Papa John’s. Tonight is my Brothers birthday. No one wants to celebrate his day, everyone is working and no one has time to spend with him. I got off work early and had to hustle to put something together and these guys made it happen no questions asked! My brother Cris thanks you and I do from the bottom of my heart you guys are the best!!!
