TERRIBLE! Dont go to this place if you are a first time buyer or just your basic shopper, because they will take advantage of you! Even there car services are terrible. Explain to me how is it that it took them almost 3 hours to replace a windshield, what makes it worse is that even thought I had called a head to set up an appointment for the windshield as well as for a spare tire ,why, because when I had bought the car the windshield had a huge stratch and no spare tire , so appointment was the get both , yes both, and after 3 hours even with an appointment I got my windshield but when i got home i decided to check if they had put the spare tire and No they didnt. OVERALL dont go hear unless your able to turn the tables on them.. Other then that they lie very much about the cars they sell, i fell into this trap , they showed me a carfac report saying the car was good, yet when i checked the VIN it had reports or Frame Damage, i knew it was a used car but frame damage is a different story. I had called services to see what could be done , and they kept giving me the go around for weeks. In the end i said why go back to a place like this when would probably cause further damage. All i can say is DONT GO here.

Extremely shady!!! High hidden fees and their team lied to me multiple times about mechanical problems!! They all said it was fine. If I wouldn’t have read the fine print, I wouldn’t have found out it was in a wreck and had frame damage until it was too late. Never going there again!!

Terrible overall experience. Paid cash for a 2013 Camaro in May of this year. Car was missing a marker light which they promised to repair once the part was in. Later they replaced the marker light but caused damage to the body by forcing the plastic marker in and there was NO bulb - their repair shop didnt bother to put a 2 dollar bulb in. During a trip to San Francisco we found out the hard way that the lower front bumper was missing 2 main bolts in the frame (was told their repair shop painted the bumper which had excessive clear coat drips allover and under the fog lamps). The entire front bumper ripped off when backing out of a parking spot. We spent over 500 dollars having the bumper replaced with missing bolts/parts and painted and body damage repaired by Chevrolet because we didnt trust this place. A month later, the pink slip arrives at home and the license plate doesnt match the vehicle plates that came with the car. Driving around with the wrong license plates for over 2 months due to their incompetence. We drove the car back again and the dealership removed the plates and ensured they would order new plates. Back to square one. Its now October and besides repeated phone calls inquiring about the plates, we still have no plates and oddly have never received registration dues for this car from thr dmv. Was told by their main office in Santa Ana that the original plates on the car was registered to previous owner yet they were not personalized. Funny - Ive bought used cars before and the license plates typically stay with the vehicle when transferring ownership unless they were personalized. Found out today that the registration was due in September and we now owe almost 60 dollars in late penalties. What a fiasco. This place has cost us more money in recent months since buying the car. I dont recommend this place and definitely dont recommend their repair shop at all. Zero stars if i could. Headed to the dmv to straighten this mess out and find out where the elusive plates are (reside at the same address when the car was purchased). Their advertisement in place of the missing license plates are in the trash. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS DEALERSHIP NOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE. Their repair/body shop - DO NOT trust them with your vehicle. Their quality assurance and knowledge is severely lacking. UPDATE*** Car was traded in after we discovered that their CARFAX report is useless. Ran our own check with EXPERIAN/AUTOCHECK and were surprised to find VIN reported previous front end collision and FRAME DAMAGE. No wonder they poorly repainted front bumper. Report showed that this dealer bought car at auction with front end damage. They had knowledge of this but failed to disclose to the consumer. UNBELIEVABLE. Stay clear of this place folks. DO NOT RELY ON CARFAX ALONE. CARFAX and EXPERIAN and DMV do not share vital information on vehicles.

My wife and I just bought a car from them and had a very pleasant experience. Mario was a very attentive and kind salesman. They were willing to work with our budget requirements, giving us the ability to leave with car we came to see that day.
