Nice kid friendly, safe place to live. Although it is starting to get expensive with rent going up $55/month next year(previous years only $30). Nice pool with renovated Clubhouse. Overall a very nice Community to live in.

The community seems safe, our kids play outside with no fear. I have never had any problems with anyone. The ladies in the office are always friendly and I have never had any problems getting anything fixed. They keep the community clean, to include the pool area. My biggest problem is they increase the rent by at least $40 every year. Once you get in here they don't seem to give you any incentive to stay. I have lived here for 4 years now and I still don't feel welcome here.

Living here for 17+ years and it's my favorite place to call home. From the train that goes by and the bus stop that picks up kids at around 6:00 it is nice and cozy.
