We liked the place and the management. 2 years 7 months went by fast and we enjoyed our home. My only issue was I had a hard time affording my bills. I didn't ever expect management to do more then they could.

We are currently looking into moving, no hurry but within then the next few months. We considered moving from apt life to Yankee springs.... Wayland is a great place and out of the city life, and that's what we want. After reading the reviews about Dawn the manager in this community. We will choose to look elsewhere. The owners need to take a step in the right direction and hand her some walking papers. The reviews on her alone is the complete reason we will NEVER choose this place.

We enjoyed the home. But maintenance took a while to fix what we requested. And the office manager is very rude, I don’t think she knows how to talk to people. People were nice in the neighborhood.

I grew up in this park, I use to absolutely love it here, I wanted to move back here after the death of my husband to start over again with my children thinking that they would/could at least have freedom enough to be kids, but the very first time my son goes on a bike ride all summer long and another resident in this park tried abducting my son, then I start getting harassing text messages from a random phone number threatening to contact cps and police if they so much as see my kid's outside again, and all I get from the office is "not my kid's not my problem" and all the cops say is "if it continues call us back" so my kid's have zero freedom and don't even get to go outside and be kids. We feel like prisoners in our own home, I had hip replacement surgery on my right hip and during the healing process I was not allowed to leave my trash by the road so I could just send my oldest son out to throw trash away and it was in the middle of winter nonetheless, then I broke my left ankle and was forces to paint my porch, mow my lawn (mind u I'm allergic to freshly cut grass), weedwack, and power wash my whole entire trailer (keep in mind I'm a widow raising 4 kids all under the age of 10 by myself). the way I see it, I want the old management back, at least I felt cared about, my kids felt cared about and safe, and it actually felt like a community not a prison. I also got a wonderful note on my door at 11:30pm last night because I had a friend stop by and loan me $10 so I could have some gas in my vehicle and she parked by my front door in the grass, yet everyone else parks on the grass all the time, God I wish my children and I were completely white, then maybe my children and I wouldn't have to deal with all of the racism that this trailer park has to offer.

It is very unprofessional for the park manager to be walking around  bare feet in the office this is very disgusting. She is very rude nothing is ever her problem. When you bring up something she wants to make you look like you're the dumb one even when you have proof in your hand that it was her mistake. I've received letters stating that I have not paid my rent on time I've always paid my rent on time and when brought it to her attention I was made to feel like it was my fault that this happened very unprofessional. As soon as I can I will be moving out and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately this company does not seem to care about how their residents are being treated. They seem to only care about their own pockets. Maybe she can get people in here but that is all she is good at. They don't seem to care that her house is one of the reasons the police are always in the park. Time After Time people complain about how rude she is and nothing is said or done to make things better. She believes that she walks on water. When I moved in here I had all the intentions of buy but that will not happen as long as they continue to allow this B.S to continue. The only good thing about this park is their maintenance guy. He is willing to help with anything he is able to help with.
