We really enjoy this place. We have never lived in a Manufactured Home community before and were quite nervous about it. This place is kept really clean, it is quiet, and it is right off the highway! The manager is quite strict, but in his defense, it is his job and it keeps the park well maintained and safe. Great place for kids.

This place is  horrible.  The manager will lie to you about what is wrong with the trailers if you live out of state and I'm trying to find a place in Michigan to buy one.  We bought a place and it smells like nasty animals never said that on the Internet and any ad.   Then if you're working man and drive a work vehicle good luck parking at your house the run you off because  it's not a personal vehicle. Lots  of drugs and prostitution here due to the casino

Lot rent is ridiculously high and keeps regularly raising at least $10 a year. Bringing in lots of new homes with lease to own option which is basically allowing lower quality trouble making residents. If you’re going to be late on lot rent they are unwilling to work with you and immediately start eviction preceding’s which ends up adding on legal fees. Also water bill is very high due to readiness to serve fee, which I believe is due to cover cost of individually metering and billing each lot instead of including water like most parks do.
