We awoke this morning with a gunshot type sound coming from our ceiling during a severe thunderstorm. We discovered that some things were no longer working, AC, etc.  Not knowing exactly what electrician to call I decided upon Mr, Electric. And am I so glad I did. First of all they answered my call at 6:30am which was awesome. Then they were able to send Charlton out mid morning. He spent time at our house evaluating and analyzing our problems. It was discovered that our house was struck by lightning.  With assistance from Andrew they commenced to fix all the electrical issues we had. Kudos to Charlton and Andrew for the prompt service that they gave us today. Their professionalism and compassion about our unfortunate situation will forever be appreciated.  Mr. Electric will be the only folks we call for electrical work. Our experience with them and these two men will never be forgotten.  Thank you Charlton and Andrew!!!  May God bless you and your families!!!

I highly recommend Mr. Electric of Huntsville. They do quality, professional work for a fair price. Andrew is a top notch technician. I appreciate his courtesy and the time he took to determine my issues and fixing them to my satisfaction.

They are very proficient and do excellent work.  It is pricey, but the quality work makes it worthwhile.  They did some electrical upgrades and installed a new ceiling light in the office.  Very pleased.

Needed to run a line and a box for a new hot tub. Mr. Electric came out discussed the project, options on where to run the line and place the box to not detract from the looks of my patio and provided an estimate and we scheduled the install for two months later. When the appointment day came the called 2 days prior to confirm, showed and did an outstanding job with the installation and clean up!! Extremely professional, cleaned up everything. It was like they were never here! Highly recommend!

Andrew Burgess is without question a 5-star professional who deserves every raise, award and bonus available! He provided the highest quality of service and was a HUGE help to me with recent electrical issues at my house! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and diligent in researching and diagnosing issues and explaining my options. I asked several questions and Andrew took the time to clearly explain the problems, processes, and benefits of every option. Because of Andrew’s patience, explanations, and professionalism, I never felt rushed to make decisions nor felt like a burden with all of my questions. It was a great learning experience! He assured me that he would be there with me as we went through the process to fix all problems. Because of his knowledge, detailed communications, reassurances, and outstanding customer care, I felt well-informed and supported every step of the way. Moreover, I felt confident and had peace with my selections and the money invested. If you want excellent customer care, education, and service, ask for Andrew Burgess!!!

I'm stunned! Their prices were lower than competitors. They were very receptive to suggestions and offered advice for what would work best for my lifestyle, AND I didn't have to sift through the home improvement store for the right fan exhaust for my bathroom. I am so pleased with my service today and will recommend Mr. Electric to everyone I know.

I needed some major electrical work at my house. When I called Mr. Electric of Huntsville I immediately knew that I had struck gold. Jared showed up promptly. He and his team made a quick assessment of the work needed. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, technically prepared and proficient. They completed the first job quickly. When they returned for the second job they worked hard to minimize interference with my day. I am completely satisfied with their work performance and the end result. I will gladly recommend Mr Electric to anyone needing their services. I will also recommend that they specifically ask for Jared’s team.
