I could not have been more pleased with this customer experience. This was so good, starting with scheduling the appointment with Holly. Wow. Competent and extremely good on the phone. Ashley Smith came and gave me an estimate. We discussed my options and looked for the best value (and in an old house there are always trade-offs). No pressure. No trying to up-sell me. No house-wide "safety check" looking for more things "to fix" and probably creating a record that would negate any fire claim (a common practice with my former electrical service company). Scheduled the appointment for the next day and did an absolutely great job. And... gave a military discount! I would strongly recommend Mister Sparky in Huntsville. They are my new "go-to" electrical company.

Electrician showed up on time and was very helpful and professional.  Job was done right.  Also, the office staff was courteous and responsive.  I definitely recommend Mr. Sparky.

The tech, Ashley, was great!  I'm glad he was able to avoid cutting sheetrock.  I'd definitely use him again.  
I took off a star because of poor scheduling communication and the cost being a bit high.

The electrician showed up EXACTLY when he said.  He not only diagnosed the problem and fixed it, he had the heart of a teacher, showing me what was wrong and why.  He was courteous, and professional.  I had called on a Saturday, problem was fixed by Monday at lunch - it wasn't even an emergency.  Super service.  Would highly recommend to anyone.
