This store always has what I need and more. The bakery and meat & cheese sections at amazing. They have a wide variety of healthy and organic options...something other grocery stores severely lack. Prices are reasonable. If you can't find something, they will go out of their way to either find it or order it for you. And there's a Starbucks inside to get a drink while you shop. It's a great grocery store.

I love this place. They have a great variety of produce, meat, bakery items, and grocery  items at reasonable prices. Love their salads from the deli. Their liquor store prices are cheaper than a lot of other liquor stores. The restaurant there has pretty good food and super quick service.  

The only things they could improve on: integrate the regular store and liquor store, have beer on tap in the restaurant, and add more checkouts (apparently everyone loves Hy-Vee and wants to shop there).

Keep up the great job. Great products, awesome selection, good prices, and happy employees. 

One more improvement: build a store in Western Wisconsin! ;-)

The store is clean. The prices range from moderate to expensive.  The mashed potatoes on the hot food bar are horrible. They are very oily. The salad bar is fresh and has good choices.  I wish they had packets of dressing and not just bottles.  The bakery cake and cookie are good. The donuts are over priced and were a little bit dry.

It's a great building. The store is nice and tidy. The prices aren't great and customer service wasn't extraordinary like I've heard. I had to approach the speed zone, but I should have been asked over by the cashier. I was asked if I had a reward card, but wasn't asked if I want to sign up. It wasn't that busy and my cashier was being trained, there were so many points that her teacher could have used but missed them. As a Customer Service Manager myself, these things mean something.

Clean store, great selection. Prices I thought were fair to the competition. The food stations around the side of the store are great if you are looking for a quick bite for yourself or your family. The other food departments like the bakery or seafood for example, all offer a variety that is massive compared to Cub or Kowalski's. This store makes it feel exciting to shop for groceries and the kids love going here as well. Especially they candy isle and bulk candy bins. If you have never been to Hy-Vee definitely check it out.
