We used the Hyatt Place Boca Raton for our hotel wedding block in December. The location was perfect for our ceremony at Our Lady of Lourdes and reception at The Addison. Audra was very nice to work with from the beginning and always answered my emails in a timely manner. I wanted a hotel that would look good in our photos, be comfortable for our guests, and be in a good location as well as being friendly towards different budgets. The king bed suite was spacious enough for 8 of us to get ready in the morning and comfortably fit the 4 stylists. The rooms and especially bathrooms were very clean. I told Audra that we had to start getting ready at 5:30am because we were having a daytime wedding and she did a great job picking the right rooms for us with great lighting. The free breakfast was also a nice touch. Some of our guests really enjoyed the pool area too. My husband and I agree that the Hyatt Place provided a great value for our wedding hotel block.

I always enjoy a hotel with such awesome access to city life! The hotel is rather new and I enjoyed the elevated pool. It was extremely crowded at breakfast, and I kinda felt like Hyatt cheaped out on the breakfast offerings. I'm also not a fan of paying for parking when you're paying for a hotel. No matter how major the city, parking shouldn't have to be an addon service.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet is below average, dont expect much from it. There is no bell service or valet service. You have to park your car yourself (and pay for parking) and take your bags to your room yourself. There is no in room safe. The bathroom amenities are also below average. I would not recommend this place.

Clean. Only had a shower in my room. Wish I had a bath. Comfortable bed and pillows. Wish AC could go cooler. Nice breakfast. Good location.

They assigned me a room right below where the floor is being re-done when they knew about the work schedule. Forced to wake up very early due to workers stomping the floor with hammers and could not have a work calls due to noise. I generally enjoyed my stay here thus far so I never thought I would leave a bad review here but this is a deal breaker.
