My friends and I had a wonderful one night stay at Waterstone from start to finish. Not only were the halls/rooms clean and proper but the beds were super cozy!! None of this would have been possible without Hira (manager we had the pleasure of dealing with when I made a booking error) & the Entire staff who were very patient,understanding, exceedingly friendly and so helpful! Overall, The Hotel is very clean, comfortable, and you cannot beat the location for beautiful views of yachts and sunrise/sunset. Very highly recommended! Will definitely be coming back again!

We recently stayed here for my boyfriends birthday. The resort was not 4 star or luxury. The room was small and basic, nothing luxurious. The pool is very small and was dirty around the edges it was disgusting. It had dirt scum around the entire edge. The resort doesn’t offer a hot tub either. The resort has so much potential given its location and views. It could be so much better. We also tried to have breakfast in the landing, however at 10:30 the only thing available was an unappetizing buffet with shriveled up pancakes and cold eggs. We were also given dirty coffee cups and we received attitude when mentioning it to the waiter. He was like what’s the problem? I showed him the cups with dried coffee at the bottom and he snatched them off the table and walked away. At this point, we just got up a left. Another issue we found was during our stay they had private events each night which means we were unable to use the restaurants and amenities as they were blocked off for the event. With the resort being so small it left nothing for us to do there. It was disappointing. With that being said, the best thing the resort offers is the shuttle. It will take you anywhere in a 3-4 mile radius until 10:30 at night. This was nice since there wasn’t much at the actual resort. Greg was our driver most of the time and was very nice and professional. We left the resort most of the time. The parking is also expensive $22 a day for a small parking lot that should be included in the resort fee. Valet parking isn’t really necessary because the parking lot is so small. I would not stay here again, nor recommend this resort. Do you research and check out other places in Boca. The only thing we enjoyed from the resort was the water sports. We rented jet skis and Flying fish was awesome. Julio was a huge help. This was really nice as it was right on property. This is the only thing that made our stay better. We have stayed at several resorts within the area including; delray sands, Jupiter beach resort, the diplomat and they are definitely 4/5 star resorts.

This place has gone downhill fast. It's not what it used to be. If you look on some corners of the room you find mould! Health hazards. Sorry guys but next time I'm definitely booking somewhere else. Oh and one of your members of staff at the front desk should address his attitude.

Customer service is fantastic. From the valet parking, to the front desk, to room service. Everyone is extremely nice. The staff always greet you as you walk past them. Rooms are very nice, especially the bathroom. Very clean and have a modern aesthetic. You get your standard bathroom accessories, such as towels, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Also, you can request toothbrushes if you happen to forget yours at home. There are also balconies in each room if you need to go outside and get some fresh air. The food is delicious, there is a gym, and a pool that can be heated. It is a very nice resort.

We went during the sunday brunch. 15 Dollar bottomless mimosas but it took our server 1 hour and 30 minutes to bring us our refill. He just kept telling us he's working on it. It took forever for him to bring out ice water and lemonade for my son. My chicken sandwich was slightly burnt but it was ok, everyone else with me enjoyed the food though. Even though they waiting until we were done eating to finally bring out my father in laws toast. We had to ask for our bill 3 times and after another 45 minute wait we finally got it. Our server was actually really nice, it was just a busy day and he couldn't handle the pressure. Definitely never returning
