Loved this hotel. Second time I have stayed at the JW and equally as great. Had drinks at the lobby bar with great service from the bartender. The view from the room was incredible looking out over downtown. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and can't wait to go back!

This is a very nice facility. Everything is pretty new which helps. It was clean and inviting. The few things that caused it to get 4 stars instead of 5 are: bathrooms were always out of paper towels. The conference area only had one bathroom so there were always lines. Each conference room didn't have built in technology.

Great place to stay. We have a view of the state park and the river. There are museums, restaurants, and the Capitol building all in walking distance. The king size bed was comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious. No vending machines, but the restaurant choices have delicious food (and there is a Starbucks). There is a nice fitness center, pool, and hot tub. There is plenty of room for the conference I'm attending. The conference rooms were comfortable. The staff is friendly and eager to help.

The location is great, just about everything downtown is walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The service was good, anytime I had a question I just hit the at your service button on the phone and they answered my questions quickly. Also the breakfast buffet at Osteria Pronto was great. But a few things that could have been better. When we went to the pool there it was fairly small and had kids running around yelling in it. The cost of parking there is crazy, $45 a night is just excessive. And as convenient as it is being able to check out in your room, after I checked my bank statement the next day an extra $20 was added to the bill. Overall I enjoyed the experience, but unless I can get a great deal for the room rate this is probably the last time I will stay at the J.W. Marriott.

Stayed for two nights June of 2017 for a convention, really enjoyed our stay. The facility(hotel/restaurants/bars/convention areas) is all modern and well maintained and if I never had to leave the facility for the weekend I would have been fine. That being said we did leave a bit and the area around the hotel is full of bars, restaurants, a minor league stadium, museums and a really nice park area. I will do a separate review of the bar/restaurant High Velocity within the facility which I thought was excellent. Staff was great in all areas. If I had to make one complaint it would be that the elevators seem to have some issues, the hotel is about 30 stories with two large elevator banks, yet we waited a long time all the time to get an elevator, then stopped a lot on the way down, they also don't explain the system to swipe your card before you hit your floor button so that caused a lot of confusion. A few photos from our room and other points around the facility attached, highly recommend if your looking for a place to stay in Indy.
