Had a very happy experience at Hybrid Pedals. Alan and staff very helpful and friendly. I had researched what I thought I wanted so I tried a couple of bikes and then they were able to get the one into the store that I wanted. I had not ridden a bike for over 20 years so they were very patient getting me going. I love my Magnum low step classic. I drove an hour and half to get to the shop but so glad I did as it was worth it for the great service.

I'm a long-time bike commuter who decided to check out e-bikes as a potential solution when my employer decided to relocate, putting the office beyond my comfortable pedaling range. I was skeptical at first, after 25 years of biking to work the old fashioned way, but Alan and his team won me over pretty quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with them and especially appreciated their interest in having me test a wide range of options over a couple of weeks, without any pressure to make a decision. I ended up buying an E-motion 2017 City Pro and am having a great time with it. One pleasant surprise is that I now have more energy during the week -- enough to commute in once or twice a week on my old bike when I want a bigger workout.

I recently purchased a Pedego Interceptor at this shop and I absolutely love it. Alan and Richard were both very helpful and did not put pressure on me to make any purchase. They put me on several bikes to test drive and gave me honest opinions for what they thought suited me best. They are very upfront about their costs and I never felt that they were trying to oversell me on anything. It's also nice to have a reliable shop nearby with reasonable servicing prices for future maintenance and repairs on the bike (as opposed to nothing with online sales).

I recently had an issue with my e-bike due to an accident. Alan gave me a lot of honest input and really hooked me up with a great deal. Solid bike shop, no pressure, lots of options. Thanks again!

We rented e-bikes from Hybrid and were very happy. They had an excellent selection of quality e-bikes, explained them carefully, were very friendly, and kept in touch with us during the ride. It was an excellent experience in all respects.
