I sincerely thank Hyman Bros. Subaru in Midlothian, VA for such a pleasant and stress-free trade-in on my 2012 Honda Pilot to a 2017 Subaru Outback Touring 3.6L! The team was very prompt and professional. Both Benjamin Sparrow and Ron Spector personally worked to help complete a successful transaction and walk me through the process.  I have now been converted to a Subaru enthusiast and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I am most appreciative of Ben's attention to detail and Ron's ability to work with me on the transaction. I appreciate the hard work and dedication, which is lacking in the car dealership world these days! My best experience yet on a car purchase. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. They were able to figure out why my car was making a funny vibration sound and fixed it. Finally! I've taken my car to the Subaru dealer on Broad st twice and they never figured it out.

Always a great experience. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. In and out in about an 1.5 hours... and for an oil change + front and rear wheel alignment, I am totally satisfied with that. GREAT JOB all around!

I always have had the best customer service at Hyman Brothers Subaru. I went in with a needed  repair and oil change. The repair and oil change was completed quickly and the manager even added my state  inspection so I do not need to return next month. Courteous, prompt service beyond the measure I usually expect.

Easy, enjoyable experience. Patrick was our salesperson, no pressure, lots of patience, spent time after the sale showing us how to use the features, and giving us all the details we needed to make an informed choice between two vehicles. Would absolutely purchase from him again.
