They are very helpful and try to serve the customer as best they can.  Some of the employees may need a little more training on knowledge of the competition and what their company has to offer for the customer.  Doesn't help 2/3 of the people there seem more confused then you are or don't really care about anything other than "are u gonna get some work done here?" After you told them five times what budget you have to spend.  Communication errors as well.  Not everyone has these problems, may just be a moral issue.

Again, if possible, I would give negative stars. I broke down in VA and this was the only place I could get into on Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. First of all, they charge $102.99/hour. They quoted me for my repair and the bill ended up being $100 more than the quote. The kicker is, when I returned home from our trip, I had to take my van into my mechanic to fix the craptacular job they did. $150 to fix their awful job. You are probably better off just setting your car on fire.

Great automotive technicians, excellent customer service, and sincere about doing quality vehicle maintenance. You can tell they take pride in their performance.

Great employees. Always keep me informed of good and bad things about my vehicle. Never try to pressure me to buying things.
