Y’all. I try my best not to complain on my social media...but this needs to be shared:
I went to Certified used Hyundai of New Port Richey, and it was by far the worst experience ever.
When I was taken out for a test drive, Scott Stats forgot his wallet and the car had NO gas. He then asked ME to put gas in the car ($5) for a test drive and said he’d pay me back when we returned to the dealership. But he didn’t. 
I had no intention on buying that night because it was my first night car shopping but Scott was SO pushy. He also wasn’t 100% upfront with my mom and I about pricing and warranty. When my dad showed up and starting asking specific questions, Scott started making backhanded comments towards my dad and was so so rude. The finance manger asked if we were buying the car and Scott shouted in the office “No. her dad showed up and got all PISSED OFF!” 
He was rude, to say the least. 
I contacted him 3 times to get my $5 back and never saw the money. 
I finally called him one last time and demanded he send it. (He said he’d send me two $5 gift cards for my troubles but I never received it.)
When I received the money, it was in an envelope with “Good?” Written on the outside. 
Inside the money was wrapped up in his stationary and stapled all over. (Like through the $5 bill.) This was no doubt a rude act and I am so glad I never bought from Scott Stats. I would tell anyone to double think before giving him your money.

Bought my Certified 2015 Sonata here in Sept, 2016. Going on 2 years and no problems at all, just regular oil changes and normal maintenance. Happy with car, price and service. James B. was my salesman; knowledgeable, straight shooter and no BS. Would definitely return. Thank you.

James B was an excellent sales associate. He was not pushy or impatient. He helped us find the right car for our life and budget. I would highly recommend working with him.

Great service. Got my last free oil change and they adjusted my belt for free. Can be a bit slow but worth it. Good group of people
