They SUPER OVERCHARGE! Went there to ship a 19in wheel already boxed up. $70 Went to the UPS Customer Service Bldg on industrial St 5min away $45. Go there! I gave it a 3 because the person working there was very polite!

I'm from out of town and buying a house and then evicting a tenant. I had many things emailed to them and other items to print and  organize.  The whole staff there was as helpful and friendly as they could possibly be. The management was very professional and you can tell his staff is happy there. Kudos!

I couldn't be more thrilled with this place. My Florida-based grandmother gave me a few precious items of hers to take home to my new home in Michigan—including a large painting and a special edition Lladro statue, approx 18" in height. The problem was the shipping. We were both so nervous, I actually considered driving a rental car the 25 hours home so everything stayed intact. But I decided to trust in UPS, and the gentleman here who helped me couldn't have packed my things more carefully than if they were his own items. He created a special box for the painting, double boxed the Lladro, and safeguarded everything with layers of bubblewrap and styrofoam pieces as an added safety measure. I just unpacked it all today and not one scratch or nick. Incredible!

Additionally, he was on his own the day I popped in. There must have been 10 people who passed in and out of the store just in the time I was there. He was kind, patient and fast in meeting everyone's needs. I wish the UPS in my area was as awesome!

I have to say this was the best experience I have had shipping anything especially during the holidays.  My daughter dropped off two packages for me to be shipped.  I had some concerns and called and spoke to the manager Dave.  What an awesome representative of his store.  He confirmed when each package was shipped and called me to confirm and sent an email.  One package was going to my 19 year old son and the other to my best friend of 45 years.  Way to go Dave!  Thank you again for a fantastic experience.
