I've never seen such incompetence on such a grand scale..today. April 17 2018 on grand blvd bus 18 was tailgating me for 3 miles. The guy would not back off!!! Total disregard for the safety of his passengers on board if somebody ahead stopped short..i noted the bus number 18. When i got home called and talked to a guy named chris, told him what happened...he hung up on me. I called back again, he hung up again!!! Called back again!! This time he said wait I'll get a supervisor..waited 8 minutes...still no answer .i hung up , called back..he started whining like a small child saying the supervisor picked up twice..i said no one picked up. You are outright lying to me!.. I'd never ride this bus line!!! They simply don't care about the people they are supposed to help it was quite obvious to me

I have to be at work by a certain time and I can't take my bike on the bus but the rack is full?? There should be more racks so people can put their bikes on without looking stupid waiting for the bus when I could have been at work by the time they came around. The bus drivers have no respect theres very few bus drivers there that are polite and considerate and most of them don't know how to drive either thank you pascopieceofshit transportation!

4/6/2018 PCPT ,  is the worst transportation besides signature cab service... Y'all really need to get ya'll's business together! The bus never showed up and nobody ever answered at the office either! SMDH... 😚😚😚 update 4/6/2018. the buses have roaches crawling on the floors ...

If I can give this b****no stars I would bus 37392 had two bikes on the front left me stranded at Marine Parkway Northbound on 19 now to pay for a $12 cab ride home you bet your ass I'm going to send pcpt Bill for this Fair but it's b*******their office said his policy of a driver to bring a third bike on board f*** them they're paying for this
