I found my experience with the Bakersfield La-z-boy staff to be very pleasant. I originally bought two matching recliners but advised them that, once delivered, I may have to return one due to space. I did return one. The staff, particularly Connie, was understanding and made sure my refund was promptly made. I've only had the chair for a couple of weeks so it's a bit early to attest to its durability. However, it is attractive and comfortable and a nice addition to my home. Many thanks.

I was greeted right away. My salesperson was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured and I was able to take a few days to decide.  I have been a customer before and now and will be again.

We just got done ordering from la-z-boy and so far I am extremely satisfied. They were not pushy in any way, gave me my options and what is available and let me decide what I wanted. The gentleman that helped us was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Do not expect to receive good customer service from this location if you have a problem with your La-Z-Boy furniture. I have been trying to have my chair repaired for 6+weeks now and I can't get any help from the store. The problem starts at the bottom of the employee chain all the way to the store manager. The store manager will not afford you the respect of even returning a phone call. I recommend if you are shopping for furniture and you would like the store to honor its warranty with decent customer service do not shop at this store.

Stopped by to look at some recliners, ended up making a purchase. Linda was great, not pushy and answered all my questions. I don’t like when sales people push extras.
