Came in from 34th street entrance. No visible signs for the cost of parking. Was in a rush and parked for 45 minutes to find out they have a minimum price of $43. Spoke to the supervisor and was honest about not asking for a price beforehand because we were in a rush and just thought they would have an hourly rate like other places. Well, we got scammed, the supervisor couldn't care less. He said "it happens all the time to people parking quickly to get friends from penn station". So, if you're aware of this misconception then please be more considerate by making your prices more visable for future customers. I will use the other garage on 33rd street next time where there prices are listed in the entrance.

Staff is very nice. Note to Icon management - Monthly parking sign up is a bit disorganized, but the parking garage attendants made my initial experience very pleasant. My husband has been parking there for a few months as well without any issues. He Just texts hour ahead and car has always been waiting for me. For NYC this is as good as it gets!

Parked here for a concert. Employee's were courteous. Fast valet parking & pick up.

The staff was very nice & courteous. We picked up our vehicle after a show ended in The Garden. We only waited 2 minutes for someone to get our vehicle & there were at least 30 people ahead of us. Would definitely use them again.

Parked here for a concert at MSG. First time using a parking garage and the staff were very friendly. Returned to pick up the car after the show around midnight and they brought the car down right away and everything worked out well. I would use them again
