My only beef about this location is finding the right door to get to the services you need.  The building is horribly convoluted and makes me wonder what the designers were thinking. 
The Rehab department it self is very 'user friendly' was sent for a bit of help with my back after a bout of sciatica.  A teaching facility,  Elks Rehab often has interns doing to the work, and I was helped by a very kind intern is his last few weeks of the rotation before graduation.   All of the staff listened to what I had to say, found work arounds when a proposed excercise was uncomfortable (or sometimes a bit scary) for me and generally encouraged me greatly.  I learned skills I will use for the rest of my life.  My back and legs feel great and I would recommend Elks Rehab to anyone in need of physical rehab!
