Worst billing office ever!  They bill incorrectly and to old insurance info. It takes multiple calls and multiple hours to explain and re-explain. 
If it weren't for one fantastic Chiropractor (Brian Pfaff), I would never use their services ever again. Dr Pfaff, it's time for you to change facilities!

My experience with Saint Alphonsus has been nothing but one frustration after another. My first was when I went in for a sleep study. I made sure that the doctor I was seeing was in network. Only problem was an after hours doctor looked at my chart that wasn't in network and I ended up paying 5x the amount of money that I would have if he hadn't. I went and explained my predicament to billing and they told me their hands were tied. Now I need information from my sleep study. That will be 7-10 business days they tell me. I will say this... they are very polite when saying there's nothing they can do for you.
