I am surprised at these reviews. I have never had a problem with the care. Dr. Quattrone listened carefully and gave me several suggestions for therapy. I feel better than I have in many years and I don’t take any pain meds at all.

Wish I could give 0 stars!! This place knows nothing about human kindness!! Be prepared to wait all day to be seen by the doctor!! The staff is rude and miserable! NOT RECOMENDED!

Beware ipmr puts on a good show but please use caution if they're any type of pain relief medication when you hurt the most and you cannot walk they will not be there to help you. Dr Sant from the management there did nothing to help me on a Friday when there was an error in my prescription I went through the weekend with tremendous pain and withdrawals because they could not get me in doctor set personally told me he would always be there for me what a joke. I am a 58 year old male with major bone spurs in my nervous system on my spine which they never found in the two-and-a-half years of treatment.

If you are in an auto accident that is not your fault and use their services-plan on getting a collection on your credit unless you have plenty of reserves. They won’t bill and or wait for payment from 3 party companies. 

Find a practice that will bill 3rd parties!
