Very sweet, a lot of representative helped me and made me feel comfortable. One IT representative actually did a full make up look on me and it was so beautiful and I love her confident and reassurance. I end up buying whatever she told me! The manager who took care of me at the crash wrap was very sweet too! Had a great experience. Just traffic at Baytown is terrible especially with the construction.

Sunday afternoon not to Busy...it would have been nice if the manager was paying more attention to the customers instead of telling the staff that unless they request off on a Monday then they are working it. She never acknowledged any of the customers either, just not a good example for the rest of the staff Everyone else was super nice.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Words cannot describe my frustration and how hurt I am. I went in to this store to bake a hair appointment. I never get my hair cut because stylists see how fine and thin my hair is and always cut it short to give my hair more volume. I had someone tell me my hair looked boring and flat, which really hurt my feelings. So I wanted to come here and fix it. I made an appointment for 3 hours later and decided to linger in the area until then (I'm from the north side of Houston). I get a call 45 minutes before my appointment that it's being pushed back by 30 minutes. I wasn't exactly okay with this, but I thought it wasn't such a big deal to fuss over. Well , once my new appointment time came along, they still weren't ready. I waited an additional 30 minutes...an hour after my original appointment time with the store closing in 45 min. So I speak with the manager on duty. She was so nice, but all she could offer was to stay past closing time. I couldn't stop the tears running down my face. I was so angry and disappointed. And, needless to say I still have an hour long drive home with no haircut and only baggy eyes.

It was enjoyable to browse here. I found the employees here friendly & helpful; Marina was wonderful. Reasonable wait at checkout. They're great at remembering when you have a gift with your purchase. I've been to other Ulta stores when I had to remind them that I did. This is a good Ulta Beauty store to visit.

It's pretty spacious and offers great selection... if they were stocked. They always seem to be out of a lot of things. I will say the staff is almost always kind.
