Stay away Salesman Jules not honest at all. sold us a mustang missing a key, missing spare tire, breaks shot and 2 cylinders miss firing. Won't return phone calls. He just plain lied. We are going to consumers affairs. Extremely unprofessional. Stay away... Head Mechanic lied about breaks as well..Not sure he is even a Mechanic. I will be advising all my fellow employees that work in the area and post this on Social media...A one star is way to high for these people

They do pretty good job ignoring customers' concerns. They make promises that they don't fulfill. Sales person is very unprofessional. If for any reason the deal doesn't go through, they would give you a nasty attitude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!

Ideal stood by their name. As soon as I got there I noticed their professionalism with an organized show room, clean desks and best of all a very welcoming customer service. This is a great used car dealership and their service is fantastic. The workers were certainly helpful and informative and the salesman was very honest and straight to the point. Jason being the general manager handled all financial negotiations and made sure I was getting a great deal. It was an overall great experience and I can not complain.
