OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM SKILLED REPRESENTATIVES WHO ARE HAPPY TO ASSIST AND PROBLEM SOLVE! The service, attention, and patience that Ricardo provided was superb. I had purchased a new phone and brought it to the store for assistance with transferring everything from my old phone to the new one. Ricardo was able to transfer everything and was extremely patient as I had to contact another carrier to request the code to unlock the new phone. He allowed me to call the carrier from the phone and even began the unlock request online right there in the store, to ensure that the request went through properly, and it did. I will be going back as soon as I receive the code to finish the process.

They have the most helpful associates who are ready and eager to help you. The best attitude. Even when there was a customer giving them a hard time they kept it professional. I am very satisfied with this service.

Excellent service, the tall Odell Beckham looking guy really helped out a lot. He got the job done, got my phone started, and a new case. They are so good at their jobs, when you at T mobile ask for Odell.

I would like to give 0 star. The guys in this store are not at all professional. I visited this store on 9/23/2017 and there were three young guys. No other customers were there in the store when I entered the store. When I asked for a sim card, all the guys started to laugh. When I asked about what is so funny, they stopped laughing and lied that they were not laughing at all. May be the store has video camera that should show what happened. The guy with whom I dealt with was very casual and not interested in the business at all. He also tried to overcharge me of $25 for a $10 sim card. When I objected, he reduced the cost. During all of these transactions, nobody bothered to apologize for all their mistakes. They made me to feel that these guys wanted me to go out as soon as possible and they want their store empty.

Great customer service from manager Ricardo and Joshua. They really help all the customers and was very knowledgeable about the product.
