This is the ONLY place I take my car for regular service. The staff is excellent, and the manager, Tom Breen is the nicest, most honest guy I know. If you take your car there, ask for Tom and tell him I sent you. Update: Tom doesn't work here anymore.

Was told be Chris at the front desk to come in the next day by 8am to get my oil changed. Show up for my appointment at 8 and Chris wouldn't even talk to me or look at me. Sent some other guy over to tell me it would be at least 2 hours. What??? I was told to be here for 8. Never again.

Very friendly front desk. Great service. these guys helped me out of a bind with my tire after I put the fix a flat in it. they were able to flush it out rotate and realign my tires all in an afternoon. If I have any other issues with my tires I will be sure to use Mavis.

This place is a rip off. Do not trust Keith. He told me it was gonna take 5 hours to fix my car and the labor was $420.00 without tax. I dropped the car off the night before so they would get an early start since it takes 5 hours. I called at 9 am and Keith said the mechanic is coming in at 10 o'clock. I passed by the place at 10 to 12 o'clock and my car was still in the same spot from the night before. I asked Keith what going on and he said the mechanic is coming right back so I said okay. I waited a half an hour more and went back there and that car was still not moved. I asked for my keys back and told them what we're use gonna do take 3 hours to fix the car and say it took use over 5 hours. My car should of been the first car in at 8 am that morning. I than took the car to another mechanic and he said the labor was 3 hours not 5 and he is charging me $288.00 not $420 . That's a big difference. They shouldn't get 1 star. But that's the lowest I can give them. As a customer you can't even feel comfortable dropping your car off so you don't valve to sit and watch that their not drinking coffee and charging you by the hour.

Dude charged me a fee to check my car fluids and the source of a noise coming from under the hood , came back to say that my steering pump is old-needs replacement (cost all in $600 to replace). Went to another place and they refilled my power steering fluid and the noise went away. If we're paying you to do a job, do it properly and honestly; some people don't have the time to self check their car and am willing to pay you to do it for them, so do it well.
