Unbelievably negative experience with this company. I sent my iPad in for repair for a broken screen and got it a day later minus the broken screen but with the glass separated from the frame on the end where the home button is. Called the geeks and told to send back and they'd pay shipping one way - wow, thanks. A week goes by and no Ipad so I email my tech and he emails back 2 days later to tell me he no longer works there but he "thinks" they have my IPad. Round 2 - send back to them and it comes back in EXACTLY the same condition several days later. Round 3 -back to the head geek to personally repair and guess what - get it back several days later and SAME ISSUE.So now I have a broken iPad and I call the geeks expecting an apology and a cheerful refund so I can take to a repair shop that actually can fix it and the geek argues incessantly with me that the iPad is not broken. He states he will not refund money and that he did "fix" it because when he got it, the glass was broken and now it is not. Really??? So the fact the glass was not sealed down properly the home button does not function is still considered a repair? I'd call it selling me used parts.Fair warning, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! When I told the geek I was going to share my experience, exactly as it happened, he actually said to me, and I quote "I don't care, I have so many good reviews it doesn't matter". I suspect the numerous positive reviews are from friends. This company is a scam and has a horrible customer service approach. I have shared EXACTLY what happened and I am not stuck with trying to recover the charge through my credit card company, have a broken iPad and am out nearly $100 in shipping fees.

Excellent customer servie, very professional, highly recommended. Fixed my iPad 3 in a very timely manner.

I took my daughters I Phone 4 to get the screen fixed.I sat and watched T.V. They fixed it within 30 minutes. I highly recommend them.
