Stay away. Not worth the drive . Better styles and service just a few more miles away . Some of them departments were messy , rude staff member Gail . Not greeted when I came in .

This location looks nice but it's not . After 5 years I'm cutting my Stein Mart credit card in half , the service Iv gotten from a few employees and the lack of the latest styles have lead me to go online or another retailer all together . I hope they clean house at this location , for the record I got bad service from a woman in the home department with black hair and glasses , the women's department I saw more then one person but still not as great . I go to stores for service and be greeted, I use to spend 350$ Almost every month. You do the math and see the losses I have caused from this day forward . Time for this store to go like so many .

I love this store, very clean, nice and friendly staff very helpful. I also love the deals and coupons.one of the best stores I've been in thank you stein mart

Wow, the bathroom stall door in women's rest room is messed up . the dressing rooms are messy clothes left by other shoppers , doesn't any one work here to clean up as people leave ??? And then like other reviewer have said being asked if I wanted a credit card multiple times . No no no no thank you . I won't be back. Also like others I hear employees talk about hours getting cut and so on . I tried to give this store a chance but when you hear to employees talk bad about things you know it's time to go . The employees names are Gail and Sam . Visitrd earlier this past week .

What has happened to this store? . Over all it's gone down in quality of service and merchandise . I use to be greeted now I'm lucky if I get a glance . The products are always the same nothing new . They need to revamp it self . Also an employee named Gail was complaining about she's stuck doing all this work and they cutting hours she was talking to some kinda tall blonde lady . I want an experience a reason to shop at stein Mart, don't need drama around me .
