I'm from D.C. & my goodness, I had the WORST, POSSIBLY EVEN RACIST, experience at Walmart this location-Valrico.  I was purchasing party supplies and a box of wine for my nieces graduation. I pulled $40 cash and needed 49 cents. My niece took out two quarters, placed it on the counter and I reached to pick it up. The attendant MICHELLE immediately questioned whether she touched the money and I said she touched the quarters and she said she couldn't take my money because she touched the quarters and was underage. I asked for a manager and two dismissive employees came and walked away repeating the same. I said fine, take it off the bill and ring into up separately and she refused to sell me the wine after already checking my identification. Needless to say, I attempted to walk to another register and she followed me to tell them to not ring me up. The store manager was apparently in a sales meeting and would not come down to assist me. Needless to say, I'm LIVID. I want a phone call from a representative to discuss my experience. You have my number- I submitted an official letter of complaint.

I needed a bag of potting soil that was on the 2nd shelf that I couldn't reach. When I asked the garden center register employee for assistance I was told that person was on lunch and won't be back from 30 minutes or longer. No other option! I had to go to the customer service desk completely at the other end of the large store, asked for a Manager. An Assistant Manager got an employee to help me which took 15-20 mins.   I don't frequently visit this store and each time I do I have a bad experience!

Nice new big store, huge parking lot, wheel chair accessible,  clean restrooms, huge selection of clothes, food, auto parts and auto accessories at great prices.  Very nice and friendly staff that is very knowledgeable.   Great job..

The pharmacy staff at the Bloomingdale Walmart was so helpful. They went above and beyond to fulfill my order, even though it was almost closing time. Thanks a lot!!

I've been to all the Walmart locations within 25 miles. This store by far is the most customer friendly. It's very refreshing in the modern cyber world we live in. The employees actually give eye contact, and ask if they can help. The deli is another awesome area. The employees never roll the eyes, or ignore you until you walk away. (This happens at the Hwy 60 location often) So....KUDOS to your manager and the team!
