I wish I had read other reviews before engaging this individual. It is a 1 man operation, and he has been completely unprofessional in his scheduling, communication, and follow up.

My initial installation went pretty well, as the previous reviewer mentioned, and he adamantly campaigned against using Dynamark (Synergy) because of their response time, and high cost of service. Pat was able to beat their proposed costs, and directed me to research and purchase all of my own equipment. I asked for a simple recommendation for a Blu-Ray Player, and he said it didn't matter, that they were all the same. He would not make any recommendations for any other products and told me to do the work.

I have since had to call several times to have the system troubleshot, and each time he stated the problems were the "other" providers (Verizon/Frontier). After I had Frontier replace ALL of their equipment, and was told that the audio problem I had was coming from the TV he acquired for me, he had no comment, other than he charged $95 per hour for troubleshooting. He also rescheduled my appointments on each occasion which put my whole family in a bind. 

Recently, he wouldn't even answer my calls or texts, and said the problems were all my fault. He had me put in a password into the Harmony Remote during the initial install, so he could re-program the system without having to come to the house. He then conveniently forgot that he made this promise.

After my latest request for service, and his subsequent delay of well over a week, he then texted me a recommendation to contact Dynamark for follow-on service: the same expensive service he competed against to get my business. While he was able to beat their price for the initial equipment and install, the ongoing support and customer service is going to cost me dearly.

If you desire to use someone for a 1-time install, or TV mounting, then you might get a competitive rate from him. But if you expect ongoing service and support, you should go ahead and make the investment in a company that you will be able to count on in the future. 

Pat Hozven is undoubtedly in this for the quick money he can earn for a large project. I am normally a very good judge of character and he totally had me fooled. I am the one that looks like the idiot in all of this.

Initial service was ok. Follow-up has been horrible though. Despite multipe attempts to have a problem solved, there has been no return calls or e-mails. It was a simple problem to fix: faulty connector ends on 2 internet wires installed.
