Everything about this hotel was great except for one BIG factor. Hot Water. They have problems with their pipes that cause a low flow rate in the hot water pipes. I mentioned it to them and they immediately sent out someone to check it out but they just confirmed what they already knew. When the building was constructed they used cheap materials and are paying the price now.

Very clean rooms. Decent pricing as well. I actually enjoyed my stay. I experianced great customer support so I'm not too sure what everyone else is talking about. I had an issue with my iron being damaged so I called to the front desk to request a new one. I was told that the maintenance guy was out handling issues at the different facilities. I was then asked, "What time do you need to be in class?" The front desk knew that I was there for a course. So I told them no later than 0800. At 0730 the maintenance man was at my door with a new iron. I had time to iron and still make it to class on time. Luckily I had already taken a shower prior to my new iron arriving. I like these buildings as it's apartment living, it's quiet in that area. Me being a smoker, I don't have to walk all of the way to a public smoking area or stand outside in the rain as I have my own patio to enjoy. Lastly, I like sitting on the patio early in the morning and early evening hours watching the deer walk through at the bottom of the hill. No, I'm not employee posting a good rating. I'm just a satisfied customer.

Rooms were nice. The gym is small. Butbits VERY comfortable

The room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Forgot my toothbrush and they provided me one. Good place too stay
