Rooms are nice and roomy. Breakfast could be better. But overall happy with my stats here and pleasant staff.

Rooms.  If you can avoid it refuse a room at the end of the hall. AC does not work.  Set the AC to 65.  Our room was a warm and humid 77. By 0500 room temp still a warm and humid 74.  Pics to reference.

Staff was friendly and tried to help.
Danny and Greg the maintenance guys tried to fix the AC to no avail.  The lady on evening duty 29 June informed us there were no other rooms available.  Adrienne in the morning was compassionate.  

Don't use your GPS to find this place.  GPS will take you to where the address is "supposed" to be. This place is either on Vinnedge or Austin Ct.  GPS will take you to pretty much every other spot on post, but not this hotel.

I love it here! Best rooms on Fort Knox. The staff is awesome!!!

Ahhhh IHG Army hotels.  Always great to feel like a second class citizen because I am military.  Wifi that doesn't work, and wasn't fixed my whole stay.  Why?  Because they will get people to stay here anyways because we have no choice.  Ethernet cable in the room?  Nope.  Electrical outlets in logical spots?  Nope.  Gotta love Army contractors.  Now, the room itself was nice.   Felt like a barracks room not like a Holiday Inn express, but it was nice.  The bed wasn't to my liking but hey, at least it wasn't an Army cot.  I highly recommend if you are making your own reservations go off post to a hotel where they will actually treat you like a customer that they care about making you happy.  Because when it comes right down to it, they won't because your just another soldier passing through.

Breakfast is good but the internet is terrible.  Drops connections at least 3 times a day.  Beds are comfortable.
