The Single Barrel is a great place! The decor is very well done! The staff is very friendly and courteous! As we were eating they made sure to check in on us to see if everything was going well or if we needed any thing else. Our meal was very tasty and delish! Very quickly served and great serving temperature! Wonderful atmosphere and very clean. Our dining experience was great and wonderful! Thank you!

Single Barrel was outstanding. Nice vibe & decor, great staff, food & whiskey selection. Everyone in our party agreed, everything was excellent. They have over 200 whiskeys on hand, our party only tried about 10. Guess we will need to return to  try the rest. We will definitely be back next time in Lincoln.

Great service, great environment. We got the tomahawk and man was it good. Asparagus was like no asparagus I’ve ever had. So good! You guys are spot on! Bourbon selection was on point! Thank you!

Got an amazing filet mignot from a cute waitress. Definitely has funky hours for being attached to a busy hotel. Anywho, here are my photos of the place.

Cool restaurant with a fun vibe. Industrial interior is hip and contemporary at the same time. The Chef's Board is NO JOKE. Way more meat than we were expecting. Fast friendly staff made coming here a nice end to the day, plus their enormous scotch list.

Fair amount of seating with large garage door windows that open in nice weather. Good brisket sandwiches. Mostly steak entrées. The corn fritter appetizers were exceptional. Doesn't feel like a hotel restaurant at all.

Loved the dirty rice! Flavor was amazing. The steak was au poive.. It was ok. Liked it didn't love it.  Saw some amazing food pass by.. Would go back.

Worst steak I have ever had.  Asked for medium rare and got close to medium well.  Ask to send it back and it took 30min to get a replacement that came out almost raw.  Entire table had finished their meals and it took 3 times asking where my steak was. Second steak had no seasoning.  I ended up taking it home to feed to my dog.  I took three distributors out but this will never be a choice for my out of town guests again.  Also have never been to a place and pay over $50 for a steak and have to sit on a metal conference chair. Don’t waste your money I have no idea how this place got such good reviews.  Must be from friends and family because the restaurant was almost empty at 6pm on a Thursday evening

Staff are super friendly and prices are reasonable steaks get expensive, but that's how it goes. Didn't have any Italian reds which is weird. Had a breakfast quesadilla that was excellent. One of the better hotel restaurants/bars I've seen.

Had a ribeye covered in parmesan and truffle butter along with some bone marrow butter and it was easily the best steak I've ever eaten in my life from any steakhouse. Service was good as well. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends visiting Lincoln.
