I usually don't leave reviews but decided to for this place just to warn customers. Went in today with the family for a quick lunch and the place was just about empty. Sat down ordered drinks and those came quickly. As for the food unsure why it took forever for the food to get to the table since the place was empty. The issue is not the food taking forever but what I am going through now. 5 hours later and I'm in horrible pain my stomach is killing me. There is something wrong with this place and I've read reviews on here that state smelly sewage and a flooded kitchen. I am calling in the Bolingbrook Village first thing in the morning this place needs to be inspected.

I got seated very quickly, but I am still waiting to put in my order. This is the second time I have been here and the service has been slow. I will walk out in 3 minites.

The service is friendly and timely, and the food is the same quality you would see at any other iHop. It's a good place for a relaxing, relatively inexpensive and average quality meal that stays open late.

I love the 2+2+2 with 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, and 2 meats. It's less than $7 and that's a great value for breakfast. The coffee is fine, not special. Everything is always served hot. And very fast service.

I'm really picky when it comes to blueberry pancakes so when I had these and realized how good they were I was pleasantly surprised! Also my server was awesome!
