Put your walking shoes on, bring someone who's good with directions, grab a cart/bag and GO! They have any and everything you could need/want. Make sure your phone is charged too or grab a pencil n paper from one of the many measurement stands so you can keep track of item numbers for things you can't pick up and put in your cart. Great service! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Give yourself at least an hour!

This is a review on the furniture and cabinet purchase and installation experience of cabinet and furniture around my TV. Actually, purchasing it was lots of fun. It seems all things are possible with the endless customization they have available. They failed to reveal that the piece of furniture on the floor required me to remove the baseboard and that it must be attached to the wall. Those requirements made the piece not even work under the TV - hello, need to plug things in behind this floor cabinet! So I decided that I would just put than piece together myself and relieve them of the threat of a lawsuit. Problem solved, right? On to the wall cabinets above the TV. One of the installers noticed there is a gas fireplace on the other side of the wall. He made a really good point. I say that I can go into the attic and show them where the gas line is located. No, they say. There is no way to know where it is back there. Well actually, there is. I can show you exactly where it runs along the wall and turns to enter the fireplace and can prove that it will not be in the way. By the way, this is called a "weathered wall", so when you read the very fine print of the terms and conditions, know that any wall with pipes in it is a weathered wall. So they took it all back to the store after I paid for deliver and picking. I have zero space to store IKEA boxes in my small condo. I was really looking forward to that extra storage :(. I blame folks who sue and blame IKEA who have gotten hurt by climbing on their furniture. Really folks? Take some responsibility for your actions. Kids climb on furniture. Secure it to the wall! I blame IKEA for not coming up with a more reasonable way to secure furniture from tipping than removing baseboards. I just Googled 'securing furniture from tipping' and up came FURNITURE ANCHORS. Hello!

Very clean and organized! Always has everything that I want in stock. The staff isn’t fantastic. I don’t remember ever being asked if I needed help. Honestly, I don’t remember seeing very many workers in general. So if you need help you will probably have to seek someone out. Of course the cafeteria is very very tasty. So grab a snack while you are there.

Is it just me or has Ikea hit the bottom of the quality bucket. I will often try to avoid the big box stores for this very reason. Seems like everywhere you go all I see is quantity. I had higher hopes this time. The employees were pleasant but I had a real struggle finding a stick of furniture or anything else I wanted to bring home.

Easy to get lost in home furnishing and accessory store. Hard to find staff, restrooms, or dining on the first visit. Excellent food for the price. $. Elevator access to second story, wheelchair access. Free child care facility for certain ages. Cafeteria style dining. Drink fountains on both levels. Polite cashiers. Ample parking available.
