Best BB&B around and I live right next to the one in Manchester but will drive all the way to this one because it’s so much better!! People are always so nice and helpful.

A Google search for "Marble Mortar And Pestle" informed me that this BB&B had limited stock available. I called and spoke with Eric, the merchandising specialist who deals with Kitchen related items, and he told me that his store had recently stopped carrying the item; however, he had the capability to query the warehouse and ship me the item if it was available. Not only did he go out of his way to check the warehouse, but he also gave me a discount and expedited the shipment. Hands down the best customer service experience I have had in 2017.
